ABOUT

As a pastor and leader I'm on a journey to better myself and those around me. This blog is a place to put down some thoughts and lessons for myself to look back on and for those that are looking for some wisdom or advice in their journey.

I currently serve as the LifeGroups/LifeMissions Pastor at the Life.Church Norman Campus in Norman, Oklahoma. My role entails developing leaders, connecting people, and resourcing communities.

My wife, Kara and I married in 2015. We met the first day of college algebra at Oklahoma Christian University. We have 4 cats that were previously feral and are now completely domesticated. We enjoy riding bikes and good coffee.

Prior to becoming a pastor I was a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I have a BS in Biology from Oklahoma Christian University and a MS in Exercise Science from the University of Central Oklahoma.
